Ah!  The boat shows, spring, and the boating season.  I can not help but be optimistic that smoother sailing and better times lie ahead just off the bow.  The atmosphere at the several boat shows that I attended was certainly improved from last year.  The sale price of used boats remains far below the norm, especially those seriously for sale and offered worth the money.  I see quit a bit of sales activity in houseboats offered in the less than $300,000 price range.  Looking for a boat?  Go shopping and buy it.  Be it a new boat or used boat that you are looking for, I do not think there will ever be a better time to buy as prices will certainly increase with there not being as many new houseboats built and sold in the market.  Want to trade up (or down)?  Call me!  I know where to find what you want and will put my experience to work for you.  See you on the lake.
